開店的原因起始於在印尼結交的朋友

The reason he wants to establish the restaurant is his friend whom he made friends in Indonesia

このレストランが創られた理由は、

雖然喜歡日本，但卻因為穆斯林的宗教習慣幾乎無法食用日本的料理

Although his friend likes Japan, he cannot eat Japanese food because of the religion limitation

彼の友人は日本が好きでした

ですが宗教的な問題から日本食を食べることができなかったのです

為了不讓飲食變成隔閡，為了讓他的朋友有機會能來到自己的國家

For eliminating the gap of diet restrictions, for creating the chance for his friend to come to Japan

彼の友人に日本に来てもらう機会をつくるため

於是他決定開一間餐廳，在他的餐廳，「每一個人」都可以安心地食用這裡的料理

He decided to establish a restaurant. At his restaurant, everyone from all over the world can have meals here

Halal: 阿拉伯語，意指「清真食品」，符合伊斯蘭教教規之食物

Halal is Arabic. It means Muslim food which is approved in Islamic rules

ハラルとはアラビア語だ。イスラム教の教えで認められいる食品のことを指す。

清真認證: 隨著加工食品技術日新月異，只看產品成分標示很難判別一項產品是否適合穆斯林食用。因此國際上出現清真認證之需求，多由當地穆斯林機構結合教法學者與食品、營養專業人士，擔負查驗稽核食品製造之責任，服務食品業與穆斯林大眾。一般通過清真食用品認證的產品，可獲授權標示清真（حلال）之標記，讓穆斯林消費者知道可以安心食用該產品

Halal Certification: Nowadays, it’s hard to tell whether it is suitable for Muslim by the ingredient label because the technology of manufactured food is newer and newer. Therefore, people need the standard of certification. The scholars of local Muslim organization and the professionals of food and nutrition are in charge of checking and inspecting the food manufacturing. If the food product passes the certification, it will be authorized to has the mark “حلال”, so that Muslim can know that this is the food product they can eat.

ハラール認定：今日、製造された食品の技術が進んでいるため、、成分表示によってイスラム教徒に適する食材を見分けるのが、難しくなっている。そのため、認証基準が必要不可欠である。

 地元のムスリム組織の学者と専門家が食品製造の点検と検査を担当しています。 食品が認定を通過すると、（حلالというマークが付いているので、イスラム教徒は食べられるか否かあることを知ることができる。

若食材並沒有認證標誌，他們會使用生食原料的資訊來檢驗，附有標誌的食才能確保安全性，但並非所有無標誌的食物都是不能使用的

But if foods don’t have an authorization mark, they are able to be used with checking raw materials details. Not always “no mark isn’t used”, with mark is for safety.

認定マークがなくとも、原材料の詳細を調査すれば、それを使用出来るか出来ないかの判断を下すことが出来る。

必ずしも「マークが無ければ使ってはならない」というわけではなく、安全のためである。

因此，若餐廳內使用了任何動物性原料或是化學物料，他們一定會明確標示

食材最重要的是吃得健康，店內不使用白糖而選擇黑糖，因白糖是使用豬骨製成白色，若是不能食用豬肉的宗教即不可食用

Health is the most important for food materials. They choose brown sugar instead of white sugar because white sugar was made of the bones of pig, it is restricted for some religions

他們也非常注重餐點的製作過程，舉例來說，而在製作醋時通常會添加酒精，但這對某些宗教來說是不好的，因此他們會註明有使用醋的料理，並且附上認證標示

The process of making the meals is also important. For example, usually one the material of vinegar is alcohol, but alcohol is bad for some religion. Thence, they write to customers vinegar is used for some meals on menu. And the vinegar they use has an authorization mark.
